"My clients wanted contemporary clean lines and soft tones, but already had a new kitchen with natural wood cabinets which had aged to a deep caramel tone, enhanced by black granite counter tops.  I met the challenge by contrasting muted natural color tones in the fabrics, wall color and stone with the dark wood, bronze metals and woven rattan furniture pieces.  The pebble stone back-splash, iron bar pendant lights and woven bar stools added the flair we needed to the kitchen.  The great room wet bar was designed with a striated bleached wood veneer and sand colored stone top curved to compliment the oversized curved sofa, while the stacked marble back-splash, inset mirror and glass tiles added texture and reflective color to the space.  The tactfully placed ceiling and  the floor lights completed the design and add beautiful mood lighting."
