“A classic Mediterranean Style home with great bones, but in need of some interior design work…” that is how I would describe this wonderful home that my clients purchased for their primary residence.  The first thing we needed to do was brighten the dull interior. We chose coordinating wall colors throughout and painted all the trim, walls and ceilings.  The entry was faux painted - the trim to match the deep walnut planked ceiling, and the walls to give the old world look that we wanted to play off the rich woodwork and stone floors.  We added ledgestone to the bar area and large fieldstone to the indoor/ outdoor sunporch space. The light fixtures were changed to fixtures that better fit the scale and design of the space they illuminated.  We added window treatments and furnishings that complimented the design without compromising functionality.  Finally, this dream home was completed with a custom painted elevator and a custom walk-in wine cellar. What more could you ask for?!"
